Gluten-Free Mushroom Pholourie Mix

This is a remake of the classic Pholourie which is made with fried yellow split pea and flour. Served with a chutney. We utilized the same fried yellow pea minus the flour, as a flavor bonus we incorporated Lobster Mushroom to this dish. These bite size treats packs a full punch of mushroom and flavor, while remaining light and airy in texture. These little fried goodness will make a big impression at any party or you can eat them all by yourself.
