Gluten-Free Pholourie Mix

This is a remake of the classic Pholourie which is made with fried yellow split pea and flour. Served with a chutney. We utilized the same fried yellow pea minus the flour. This bite size treat is a light an airy puff ball full of flavor. This vegan treat is normally eaten with a mango chuttneey or tamrand sauce. These make a great snack or appetizer at any function. 

Please store in a cool and shaded area. as this item will not require any refrigeration. Once opened and there is still a remaining balance of mixture to be used, seal and store in shaded area. utilized within a week after opening
